DMCA Takedown Procedure

Aged Science LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on our services infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to infra@swappr.biz with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.”

Required Information

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list where multiple works are covered by a single notice.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the listing URL, username, item title, or in-app identifier.
4. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What Happens Next

• We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
• Where the notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.
• Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated in accordance with our repeat infringer policy.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.” It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your name, address, and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district — or, if you are outside the United States, the Southern District of Texas — and consent to accept service of process from the complaining party.

Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notification may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

EU Representative

Aged Science LLC is established in the United States and does not have an establishment in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

We are not currently required to appoint a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR, because our processing of EU and UK residents’ data is occasional, does not involve large-scale processing of special category data, and is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

If and when the Swappr application launches in the EU or UK on a scale that triggers Article 27, we will appoint a representative and publish their name and contact details on this page before that processing begins.

In the meantime, EU and UK residents can exercise every right described in the Privacy Policy by writing directly to infra@swappr.biz with the subject line “Data Subject Request.” We respond within 30 days. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Formal legal notices, subpoenas, and service of process should be sent to Aged Science LLC, 1888 Brittmoore Road, Houston, TX 77043, United States, with a copy by email to infra@swappr.biz. Email alone does not constitute valid service.
